Thanks in advance for your understanding. As stated in our Terms of Service, all sales are final and we are only able to process a refund as required by state law. Our customer support team handles requests on a case by case basis.

1How do I resend an eGift Card?

There are a variety of reasons that would explain why a gift card could not be delivered including a typo in the email address or mobile phone number originally entered when you created your order. Or, perhaps, you sent a gift to a friend at their work address and their corporate or university mail server could not accept the notification. No worries, we can help! 1I received an email saying, “Your order was canceled”. What happened?

If your transaction was declined, chances are your bank or credit card company is just trying to protect you. When unauthorized activity is suspected, a series of fraud protection services are activated. The result? Sometimes "good" orders are rejected. It's a source of frustration that comes with the times and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Please make sure that the details you enter (both when creating your Account and when submitting a new order) precisely match the billing information on file with your payment method. This includes your name, address, phone number, and email.

 

Anyone of these would have prevented your order from being approved:

 

You entered a typo in the online form (or it didn't perfectly match-up to your account)

Your credit card is expired

  • Lastly, it is possible that your bank or credit card company had a technical issue that interrupted their service. There's no way to associate a declined order with this issue. But when it happens, there's really nothing to do but try again with a different payment method.
1How long does it take to receive my purchase?

In most cases, eGifts are delivered within an hour. During high volume time, it might take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email letting you that your gift card has been sent.

1Are there any fees associated with purchasing a gift card?

Excluding the selected shipping service fee for physical card orders, we do not charge any fees above the face value on any branded gift cards available on the site. 

1Is there a deadline for spending the funds on the gift card?

No, PopUp Bagels gift cards and Card Linked Gifts will not expire, nor have any fees applied for non-use.

1How should I handle a typo or incorrect delivery address?

If you mistyped your email address when creating your account:

 

An error in the email address associated with your account is a showstopper, meaning, you will never be able to perform the required verification step. In this case, we'll ask you to create a NEW account with your correct email address. Contact us for assistance.

1How can I redeem my gift card at the retailer?

The quick answer is, there is a gift card number or bar code to show the retailer. For more specific details on how to use the gift card received, refer to the Redemption Instructions sent with the gift card.
